Maybe you fall somewhere in between?
Let me know if this sounds like you...
You are very clear about all the things you need to do each week, each day, each hour and you pack your schedule in a neat and tidy fashion so you can do all the things. Your calendar is jammed packed, so much so, that when life throws you a curveball, you don't know how to integrate it into your perfect Tetrus puzzle. That's when the pieces crash and your system gets overwhelmed by everything that is coming your way, that your only response is to crash and burn.
OR
You know all the things you need to manage and accomplish through your week and your days, but you don't write it down in space or time, you hop from task to task and mostly react to everything that is in your environment, hoping the faster you can respond, the sooner you can rest. This cycle continues until your batteries are totally zapped and even resting does not restore your your much needed energy.
