Functional Medicine
Functional Medicine transformed my relationship with my body and my gut. When I started working with Dr. Introna I was deficient in Iron and Vit D, and had issues with sleep, hormones and my gut. constant fatigue, no energy all day, tired after every meal, uncomfortable in my body. Bloated, indigestion. Inflamed. My weight kept going up which meant I was at risk for diabetes. I had to change my diet. A Food Sensitivity Test helped me eliminate the foods that were triggering inflammation in my gut. A 30-day cleanse helped me take back my health. I dropped 11 pounds in a month just by eliminating certain foods and sticking to a whole food diet. No wheat, dairy, soy, potato, coffee and pickles! It was extreme but it woke me up to all the crap that was plaguing my body. Weight Watchers
WW is my weight loss community. My weekly booster shot of self-care. I love my meeting leader and the friendships and support I have found in my Wednesday morning group is tremendous. I am have had over 200 coaching calls with my WW Coach since March 2016. Tina has been a witness for my entire weight loss journey and self-discovery.
